AMC Festival Walk is AMC's first theatre in Hong Kong opened in 1998. From January 2006, Suntech International Management Limited, a highly regarded operator of first class cinemas in Hong Kong and a subsidiary of the well known Edko Films Limited has commenced operating AMC Festival Walk. 12 months later, Suntech extends the brand to another high-end location. The new six-screens Cineplex at Pacific Place, AMC Pacific Place, opened in Dec 2006. This is a state of the art cinema with stadium-style seating, and a comfortable, modern environment.
