Director Robert Campillo follows the success of his previous film Eastern Boys with this ambitious film based on his personal experience as a member of the AIDS activist group ACT UP in the early 1990s. With AIDS having already claimed countless lives for nearly ten years Act Up-Paris activists plan various actions to fight against the government the pharmacy and general indifference. When Nathan joins the group as a new member his world is gradually shaken up by Sean a radical militant when they start to develop feelings for each other.
